  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, nut butter, and honey or maple syrup. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Stir in the protein powder, rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Fold in the chopped nuts.
  5. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
