24 Medjool dates, pitted
24 slices of bacon, cut in half
12 toothpicks, cut in half
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Take one pitted date and wrap it with a half slice of bacon. Secure the bacon with a toothpick half.
Place the wrapped dates on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
