1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions
In a jar or container, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and maple syrup (if using).
Stir well to combine.
Gently fold in the blueberries.

Notes
