- 4 tablespoons Boursin cheese (Garlic & Fine Herbs flavor)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Rub the top of each fillet lightly with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread one tablespoon of Boursin cheese evenly over the top surface of each salmon fillet.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
