Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, cheddar cheese, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the soup mixture and stir to coat evenly.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  5. Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each crescent roll triangle.
  6. Roll up the crescent rolls, starting from the wide end, tucking in the sides.
  7. Place the rolled crescent rolls seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and the chicken is cooked through.

Notes

  • You can add cooked vegetables like broccoli or peas to the chicken mixture for extra flavor and nutrients.
  • For a richer flavor, use cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of chicken soup.
  • Ensure the chicken is fully cooked before serving.
