1 pound pasta (such as rotini or elbow macaroni)
2 (5-ounce) cans tuna, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped sweet pickle relish
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, drained tuna, mayonnaise, chopped celery, chopped red onion, and sweet pickle relish.
Add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
