1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries
1/4 cup hot water
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions
Combine the frozen strawberries, freeze-dried strawberries, and hot water in a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
Strain the strawberry mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl to remove seeds. Discard the seeds.
In a glass, combine the strawberry puree, coconut milk, and maple syrup (if using).
Stir well until everything is combined.
