Ingredients
Scale
1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (10 ounce) jar cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, beaten egg, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently until just combined; do not overmix.
Roll the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and no longer pink inside.
While the meatballs are baking, prepare the glaze. In a small saucepan, combine the cranberry sauce, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
Heat the glaze over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until it is smooth and heated through.
Once the meatballs are cooked, drain off any excess fat.
Add the baked meatballs to the saucepan with the cranberry glaze. Stir gently to coat each meatball evenly.
Serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of sage or thyme to the meatball mixture.
If you prefer a spicier glaze, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
These meatballs can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
