- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup honey (plus extra for drizzling)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 cup fresh figs, quartered
- 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios (optional garnish)
