A no-bake Filipino dessert featuring layers of sweet mango, creamy filling, and crunchy graham crackers. It’s a refreshing and easy treat perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4-6 ripe mangoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 (14.4 ounce) packages graham crackers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined and smooth. This will be your cream mixture.
  2. Arrange a single layer of graham crackers at the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish, breaking them to fit if necessary.
  3. Spread a layer of the cream mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
  4. Arrange a layer of sliced mangoes over the cream mixture.
  5. Repeat the layers: graham crackers, cream mixture, and mangoes, until you have used up all the ingredients or filled the dish. Ensure the top layer is the cream mixture with mangoes.
  6. Cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to set.
  7. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use ripe, sweet mangoes for the best flavor.
  • Adjust the number of mangoes based on your preference.
  • Ensure the dessert is chilled thoroughly for the best texture.
