Ingredients
Scale
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Add steak bites in a single layer, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant, stirring constantly.
Return steak bites to the skillet. Toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, until steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
Stir in fresh parsley.
Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add a splash of white wine or lemon juice to the sauce.
Adjust garlic quantity to your preference.
Other cuts of steak like ribeye or filet mignon can also be used.
