Ingredients
Scale
1 large head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easier cleanup.
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with the olive oil until they are evenly coated.
Add the minced garlic, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Toss again to distribute the seasonings.
Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Do not overcrowd the pan; use two sheets if necessary for maximum crispiness.
Roast for 15 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle half of the Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower. Gently toss the florets on the pan.
Return to the oven and roast for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender inside and crispy and golden brown on the edges.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese, and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispiness, pat the cauliflower florets dry with paper towels before tossing them with oil.
If you prefer a stronger cheese flavor, add all the Parmesan cheese during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
