A creamy, hot dip featuring cream cheese, jalapeños, and bacon, perfect for serving with chips or vegetables.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup chopped pickled jalapeño peppers (drained)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 tablespoons panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease an 8-inch pie dish or small oven-safe skillet.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the crumbled bacon, chopped jalapeños, and green onion. Mix well to distribute ingredients evenly.
  4. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Top the dip evenly with the Monterey Jack cheese and then sprinkle the panko breadcrumbs over the top.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the dip is hot throughout and the topping is golden brown.
  7. Let the dip cool for 5 minutes before serving with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.

Notes

  • For a low-carb option, skip the breadcrumbs and serve with celery sticks or bell pepper strips.
  • If you prefer more heat, use fresh, seeded jalapeños instead of pickled ones.
  • You can prepare the dip mixture up to 24 hours ahead and store it covered in the refrigerator before baking.
