Easy Kahlua Fudge is a decadent, boozy chocolate treat perfect for gifting or indulging. This recipe brings together rich chocolate and the distinct flavor of coffee liqueur for a truly special fudge.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces
  • 1/4 cup Kahlua
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk, semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and butter.
  3. Stir constantly until the chocolate and butter are completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the Kahlua, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan. Spread evenly.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm.
  7. Once firm, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into small squares.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, you can use all semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  • Ensure the Kahlua is fully incorporated for an even distribution of flavor.
  • Store fudge in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
