- 1 cup chopped yellow onion
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups milk

- 2 cups cooked, shredded turkey
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 sheet refrigerated pie crust, baked and crumbled
