6 large eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water.
Bring water to a boil over medium-high heat.
Once boiling, remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 10-12 minutes.
Drain hot water and immediately fill the pan with ice water to cool the eggs.
Once cool, peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
Carefully scoop the yolks into a medium bowl.
Add mayonnaise, softened butter, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
Mash with a fork until smooth and creamy.
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
Garnish with paprika before serving.
