4 Salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
2 tablespoons Olive oil
4 cloves Garlic, minced
1 Lemon, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon Dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Spoon the oil mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
Arrange a few lemon slices on top of or next to each fillet.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
You can add asparagus or broccoli to the pan for a complete meal.
For extra brightness, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the finished salmon.
