Ingredients

  • 1 can (5 ounces) tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped celery
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your broiler.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, chopped celery, and Dijon mustard.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to your liking.
  5. Place the two slices of bread on a baking sheet.
