Ingredients
Scale
1 bottle (750ml) dry white wine (like Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
1/2 cup blue curaçao liqueur
1/4 cup triple sec
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 lime, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
Ice cubes
Instructions
In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, blue curaçao, triple sec, lime juice, and simple syrup.
Stir well to combine all the liquids.
Add the fresh blueberries, sliced strawberries, sliced lime, and sliced lemon to the pitcher.
Gently stir the fruit into the sangria.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably 4 hours, to allow the flavors to meld and the fruit to infuse.
Before serving, fill glasses with ice.
Pour the Pacific Blue Sangria over the ice.
Garnish with extra berries or fruit slices if desired.
Notes
For a sweeter sangria, increase the simple syrup.
You can substitute other fruits like raspberries or blackberries.
For a non-alcoholic version, omit the wine and liqueurs and use sparkling white grape juice or lemonade.
