Make this easy, creamy dip that tastes just like pecan pie without turning on your oven. It is perfect for parties and holidays.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans for topping

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar, brown sugar, corn syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat until the mixture is fully combined and creamy.
  3. Fold in the 1 cup of toasted chopped pecans.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of chopped pecans over the top.
  6. Chill the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Toast the pecans lightly in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes before chopping for better flavor.
  • Serve this dip cold with graham crackers, apple slices, or pretzels.
  • You can substitute maple syrup for the corn syrup for a slightly different flavor profile.
