Ingredients
Scale
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: whipped cream and cinnamon for topping
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, instant espresso powder, and vanilla extract until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold about one-third of the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture to lighten it.
Then, carefully fold in the remaining whipped cream until no streaks remain. Be careful not to overmix.
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container (like a loaf pan).
Cover tightly with plastic wrap or a lid.
Freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm.
Scoop and enjoy your homemade pumpkin spice latte ice cream! Top with whipped cream and cinnamon if desired.
Notes
Ensure your heavy cream is very cold for best whipping results.
For a smoother texture, you can stir the ice cream every 2-3 hours during the freezing process.
Adjust the amount of pumpkin pie spice and espresso powder to your taste.
