- 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 14 oz canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and minced garlic.
- Add the thawed and squeezed dry spinach, and the drained and chopped artichoke hearts to the mixture.
