  • 1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, cooked rice, thawed peas and carrots, chopped celery, and chopped onion.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the condensed cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the tuna and rice mixture.
  5. Gently stir everything together until well combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  7. Pour the mixture into an ungreased 8×8 inch baking dish.
  8. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
