1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 medium cucumbers, halved lengthwise and seeds scooped out
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, chopped celery, chopped red onion, Dijon mustard, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Spoon the tuna salad mixture into the hollowed-out cucumber halves.
Arrange the stuffed cucumber halves on a serving platter.

Notes
