  • 1 lb sushi grade ahi tuna, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Crackers, toast points, or sliced avocado for serving

Instructions

  1. Place the finely diced ahi tuna in a medium bowl.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, ginger, and sriracha, if using.
  3. Pour the dressing over the tuna.
  4. Gently fold in the sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Do not overmix.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
  6. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  7. Serve immediately with your choice of crackers, toast points, or avocado slices.
